It also monitors whether you round or slump forward.Level Head monitors the angle and placement of your head and neck.
It will tell you when your chin starts to point up, when your head drifts forward, and when your neck arches.Ready Stance tracks the bend of your knees when standing still.
The knees should have a small, natural bend when tallstanding.
The setting will tell you if your knees straighten too much or lock, and if they are too bent.
Only compare your standing when you are stationary.
The knees are supposed to cycle from straight to bent when walking.Piston Walking tracks the straightening of the rear leg.
In glidewalking, the rear leg is fully straight (but not locked).
This setting will let you know if you are doing that.
This setting will only sufficiently track when you are still.
Dont try to monitor the knee as its in motion, only when youve stopped in a lunge position, with the sensored leg to the front.Soft Landings tracks the front knees degree of bend in glidewalking.
The knee wants to be bent when it lands, without bending further after landing.Use Bending, when you are hiphinging.
This setting tracks the position of your lower back and tells you when are swaying or rounding.J-spine measures your pelvic anteversion.
